Returns and Damaged Merchandise 

Return Policy 

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 2 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less the restocking fee and any shipping costs.

Damaged Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. Please email us a description of the issue and any requested documentation, including photos of the item and packaging.

We will review all claims and determine eligibility at our sole discretion. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on item availability.

Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper care, or alterations is not covered. Items reported outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges on eligible items within 2 days of delivery when a different size is needed. Size information is provided on most product pages and should be reviewed prior to placing an order.

To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition, including all packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

No restocking fee applies to approved size exchanges. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.

Items returned outside the stated timeframe or not meeting eligibility requirements may be refused.
