To deliver your favorite products, we have become partners with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event that a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Please take pictures of the damaged item(s) and associated box(es). We will promptly ship out a replacement at no additional charge.
Order Returns
A 20% restocking fee will apply for any returned orders. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable.

If you have a particular style in mind that you don't see on our site, we're happy to explore manufacturing it for you. Simply contact us with your specialty hat requests, and we'll provide an estimate for your consideration.
